About 50% of our revenue comes from Wealth Management Solutions and remaining 50% comes from Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing.

3. What are hiring plans?

Our client employee strength stands at 70. We already started Application Development and Application Maintenance centers at Hyderabad and Warangal that can seat up to 500 people.

Under the companies Act, 1956 -Taksheel Solutions company was incorporate on 23rd Sept 1999 as IBSS Techno Park Pvt Ltd in Hyderabad, AP. Later the company name was changed to Taksheel Solutions Pvt Ltd on 29th Nov 2006. On Dec 2006 the Taksheel Solutions was converted into public limited company. We engaged in the business of providing financial services, IT services to wealth management service providers.

• In 2007, Taksheel Solutions acquired clients of “Dataformix Technologies Inc”. Which is enabled to establish foothold in the area of data warehousing and business intelligence.

• In 2009, Taksheel acquired telecom software products Verosoft Business Solutions Pvt Ltd. Taksheel has acquired products in IMS(IP Multimedia System),CAS(Channel Associated Signalling), SMSC(Short Message Service Center), LCR(Least Cost Service Center), VAS(value Added Services), VMS(Voice Mail Servers), ISDN(Integrated Standard Digital Network), Signalling System 7(SS7) and other content delivery platforms.

Taksheel solutions is in the process of expanding Information Technology Operations and has already started operations from Delaware, USA. It has already presence in India, USA and New Jersey. Our aim is to expand operations in Asia pacific Markets and Middle Eastern Countries.

Taksheel company intends to enter capital market by issuing around 55-lac equity share of face value of Rs 10 each at the price(Range of Rs 130 -150 Per share).

• Since 2006, Mr. Pavankumar Kuchana serves as the Chairman of the board of Taksheel Solutions Limited and has been a Managing Director of Taksheel Solutions. 

• Mr. Kuchana serves as the President of International Business Software Solutions Inc. 

• He was employed at Teletech CO from 1993-1995.

• In 1995, Mr. Pavankumar founded IBSS Inc in New Jersey.

• He has more than 20 years of experience in the industry and he has been Director of Taksheel Solutions Ltd from May 25, 2000. 

• He holds Bachelor Degree in Electronics and Tele-communications from Nagpur university and MCA from City college of Newyork in 1992.
