Under the companies Act. 1956, our company is incorporated on 23rd Sep 1999 as IBSS Techno Park Pvt Ltd at Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh. As a result, the name of the company was changed to Taksheel Solutions Ltd on 29th Nov 2006. After that our company is converted into a public limited company by passing the special resolution. Our company is engaged in the business solution of providing Wealth Management Services and Information Technology Service providers.
Mr. Kuchana Pavankumar is the present Managing Director and Chairman of the company with a vision to carry forward and to build a global organization with a focus on delivering services to valuable customers. Our promoters are Mr. Ramaswamy Kuchana and Mr. Pavankumar(Individuals) and Lexicon Private Limited(Corporate Promoter).
