Under the companies Act, 1956 -Taksheel Solutions company was incorporate on 23rd Sept 1999 as IBSS Techno Park Pvt Ltd in Hyderabad, AP. Later the company name was changed to Taksheel Solutions Pvt Ltd on 29th Nov 2006. On Dec 2006 the Taksheel Solutions was converted into public limited company. We engaged in the business of providing financial services, IT services to wealth management service providers.
- In 2007, Taksheel Solutions acquired clients of “Dataformix Technologies Inc”. Which is enabled to establish foothold in the area of data warehousing and business intelligence.
- In 2009, Taksheel acquired telecom software products Verosoft Business Solutions Pvt Ltd. Taksheel has acquired products in IMS(IP Multimedia System),CAS(Channel Associated Signalling), SMSC(Short Message Service Center), LCR(Least Cost Service Center), VAS(value Added Services), VMS(Voice Mail Servers), ISDN(Integrated Standard Digital Network), Signalling System 7(SS7) and other content delivery platforms.

Our company promoters are Pavankumar Kuchana and Ramaswamy Kuchana and Lexicon Private Limited( Corporate Promoter- holding a company 100% owned by Kuchana Pavankumar). Presently, Pavankumar Kuchana is the Chairman and Managing Director of Taksheel Solutions Limited.
